Through the University of Courage Campaign, Courageous Leap Inc. strives to expose lifeguard-eligible students to accessible and affordable aquatic training while preparing them for collegiate and post-high school aquatic opportunities. Courageous Leap Inc. will take 10 high-school students to the CSCAA National Invitational Championship featuring the Howard University Bisons, the only HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) with an intercollegiate swim team.

The selected students will not only experience the thrill of a collegiate swim championship but also meet the students and staff of Howard University’s swim and dive team during an intimate dinner prepared just for them. This event will cultivate a one-of-a-kind experience that will shift the perception of our youth and introduce them to a sea of possibilities through swimming, college exposure and preparation, and life skills.
